An intensive workshop about MA's Strategic
Plan was held on Friday and Saturday at the Upper School's
Merle-Smith campus at Green Pond. In attendance were Headmaster
King, the Board of Trustees, MA's Leadership team, and the
Strategic Planning Committee, which includes parents of current
students, faculty and administrators. The workshop was lead by
Strategic Planning Consultant Kiki Johnson. We are in the
process of creating the new Strategic Plan for 2009; it
will be presented to the Board for consideration and approval
next spring.
The Strategic Plan will be the blueprint for our future, and
will be ready for the next school year. Thanks to everyone in
the MA community for their commitment to the process so far!
