Community Picnic Kicks Off New School Year

The first annual Community Picnic was a
great success! Over 300 members of the M.A. community gathered
at Headmaster King's Benigna House for an outdoor party to begin
the new school year. Parents, students, faculty and staff
mingled with new M.A. families under the food tent and out on
the fields, where children of all ages played games. Hula hoops,
board games and a bouncy ride were pleasant diversions, and a dj
played fun music throughout the day. Thanks to the organizers of
the picnic for such a fun day: Director of Diversity and
Multicultural Programs J. Howard, the All-School Diversity
Committee, and the Parents' Association' Multi-Cultural
Committee.
