Get off your Oom-Pah-Pah and come celebrate the magic of Oliver the musical. Based on the Charles Dickens novel Oliver Twist, this adventure tells the timeless tale of the struggle between right and wrong, love and hate, upper and lower classes. The story, as seen through the eyes of a child, is set in circa 1850 and the lessons are universal as well as applicable today. Oliver is hungry and would give anything for more food. When he asks for more he offends Beadle Bumble. Bumble sells him in the streets by shouting, “Boy for Sale ”. The journey for Oliver becomes a long and arduous task searching for love and comfort. He meets some motley characters in his travels. Fagin, the ringleader of a den of adolescent thieves, takes him under his wing but there is a price. In order to survive Fagin teaches that you have to pick a pocket or two. Taken in by the under-belly of society he soon sees through the thrilling façade of an immoral existence and learns the frightening realities of street life. Bill Sykes is a notorious thief who has abused, intimidated, and even murdered to get whatever he wants. Bill is threatened by what Oliver knows and must silence him before the authorities are informed of Bill’s illegal operation and hideout. Oliver finds himself in a situation of life or death and what seems to be no hope of rescue or escape. Is there a dormant hero or heroine that will awaken in time to save Oliver? Will Bill Sykes do the unthinkable to a child?

Don’t miss your opportunity to escape the humdrum of daily life or the unique opportunity to let your imagination play. Even if you have to pick a pocket or two you don’t want to miss this journey of hope and survival.
